Just trying to note any changes other than the shopping cart that is in the ‘eCommerce’ hosting compared to the Pro hosting.
It seems that other than unlimited users, the only other difference is that it says ‘advanced module settings for system modules’.
Does anyone know what this is referring to and if there are any other differences between the plans?

The ‘advanced module settings for system modules’ is the ability to adjust the module settings (like the module name, URL, defaults, if it uses weighting, tags, categories, etc…) for built-in modules such as the Blog, Galleries, Events, Banners, etc. (like you can for Custom Modules).
However, this is available fo broth PRO and ECOMMERCE plans.
So the only difference I believe between PRO and ECOMMERCE are all the shopping cart related components (and the user level as you mentioned).

To add a bit more info here if you want to add Weighting to Blogs go to Blogs/Settings and then into Item Properties. Make sure you are in the ‘Blog Post’ settings not the ‘Blog’ settings:
