Bug: Deleting a custom module item in admin directs to blank screen

Steps to reproduce.

  1. Go to a custom module ITEM’s settings view (Normal view of an item)
  2. Press the Garbage Can.
  3. You will be directed to a blank white page right of the admin menu.

If I can tack onto this bug report with a similar issue:
After editing the Table layout for a module and clicking the DONE button, it also redirects to a blank screen.
Perhaps a related issue?
