We have now had two new websites we are working on where we are uploading Galleries/Slider items and they import fine and you can see them listed in the Gallery/Slider but then when you come back into that Gallery/Slider folder later the items are all missing.
We have uploaded items multiple times and they just aren’t staying in the folders. It is quite random where some work and some don’t. We have tried renaming the import files and different browsers to upload the file with but it doesn’t seem to make any difference.
Can you please let me know if this is a bug and if it can be fixed as we are having to manually copy/paste the items in to these Gallery/Slider folders @alex.n
