Form autoresponders going to spam?

We’re working on integration with a new email service provider that should resolve deliverability issues. We’ll gradually roll it out starting next week (on per datacenter or per partner basis).

Hi @Khy. This feature was just released (v4.9) in beta so you can now turn that on under the Beta section.
It’s called “Email domain verification”.
Then under ‘Settings’ > ‘Domains’ you’ll see a new tab called “Email Domains”.
Here you can add the domain to authenticate.
(There will be some DNS records you’ll need to get added to their DNS)

Hi Adam, I can’t see Email Domain Verification in Beta area anymore. And a webform I am testing is not sending the workflow email as far as I can see. What do we do now it is 6 months later? Should the workflow emails be working now?

Under ‘Settings’ > ‘Domains’ you should see a new tab called “Email Domains”. Add the domain there and authenticate it with the DNS records provided.
