Is your FTP client not working?

I noticed this morning that none of our Treepl sites where accessible with my FTP Client (Transmit).
As always the Treepl Ninja A.K.A @alex.n, was on it straight away.

Treepl has disabled legacy TLS 1.0 and 1.1 last week, and older FTP software doesn’t support TLS 1.2 by default.

In Transmit I had the possibility to go to “Preferences” -> “Advanced” -> “Advanced Server Settings” and tick “Use TLS c1.2 encryption” on, and now everything is good!

Just a quick info if anybody had the same problem :+1:

Hi Peter. I am having problems getting FTP access. Have checked with support and they say my settings are fine but I can’t get in. Tried using filezilla and still couldn’t get there. Also tried setting up another admin role and using that but still can’t get access. I’m trying to use Dreamweaver cs 5.5. Any ideas?

I had the same issue today. I reset my password and it worked again.
