Backlog request: View name of user for form submissions summary list on admin console

Can we please have the name of the user in the summary list /admin/form-submissions so we can quickly locate a user who has submitted a form.

To add to this, and something I was wishing we had, was to also list the Workflow Used, both on the Form Submission List view and within the actual form submission details.
