BUG: No longer able to access File Manager within modules

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to the page module.
  2. Open new or existing Page.
  3. Click File Manager.

Error:

The slide out section will appear but the File Manager will not load.

Upon checking Dev tools, there is an error in the console:
