Site settings is a very usefull feature for clients to hold data like site name, post address, phone number or other items which need to be rendered in different spots on a website. However, their content can’t be edited in the nICE editor like other module items.
This feature would be usefull for both clients and admins: Clients love the nICE editor especially for those little changes (like a phone number), but they don’t get a consistent experience as the editor doesn’t work on these parts of a page. Hence in client training admins need to give special attention to what can and cannot be edited or dismiss the use of site settings overall if they want clients to use nICE in a consistent way.
I was able to recreate this as well.
@vlad.z and @Eugene - Would this be a big fix? It seems like this is possible with Custom Modules etc. and I guess the “Site Information” is basically the same? Just wanted to check before adding it to the public backlog

Hi @Peter-Schmidt,
I think this is a medium task and it’s not a problem for us.
Please add it to the public backlog.
