I was able to successfully import a customer database/list into Treepl, however it put information into the wrong fields. (date went into name, etc) Is there an “import template” available that tells us what order the excel sheet fields need to be in in order to import successfully?
I’ve found the best thing to do is to create a dummy record, do an export, then use that export file as your template for importing.
This way it helps with getting all the syntax and formatting right - particularly for custom modules.
