Custom module search not working

Are there any know issues with the Custom Module search logic?
On one of our sites https://roadiii.com/ it has stopped working for no reason.
Search does not display any results. But shows “Sorry there are no events meeting your search criteria.” if there are no matching results.

Hi Erik, search results are working OK for me? Maybe just a temp outage?

Hi Erik,
On another note, I noticed your Payment link in the footer is displaying a 404 error.
