Custom Modules - Delay when adding and updating items

Hi, any one else experiencing a 5-10 minutes time delay between adding or updating a custom module item and the item actually showing in the listing on a page?

@Erik Can’t say I am. Anybody else? I would put in a support ticket.

The site has 1000+ items in the custom module. But I have also experienced similar issue it with a demo site in development. There are other issues as well. EG: When renaming an item it disappears from the listing and only displays again once we run “Re-Index” Support tickets have already been posted.
