I haven’t been able to get custom start pages working for either primary or additional domain names.
I waited several hours for the changes to apply (just in case). And even tried adding a new domain name to the site and a subdomain, but still not working.
I’m suspecting it may be due to using Cloudflare for the DNS, but not sure…
Has anyone else got this working?
Our backend redirect to www is to blame here.
Until all redirects are consolidated in one place, this will be a problem.
We’re looking at ways to optimize this while we’re working on a permanent solution.
@Adam.Wilson Did you get this to work yet? i’m curious as i’m about to add an additional domain to a new site. 1st one, so just not sure what to expect here.
Hi @James, I haven’t revisited this since my previous post, but in a quick test just now it doesn’t appear to be working for me.
Do we know if Treepl can setup the redirect to a custom page for us?
I have migrations under way that absolutely require this feature… not to mention our own business site.
Not sure. My assumption is that it’s currently not working and is waiting a fix, so even support can’t do this manually… but I could be wrong.
