HELP… My clients email stopped working on Friday and they cant log into webmail either - has this happened to anyone else, does anyone know how to fix this please.
There had been some issues with hosted mail on OpenSRS on Friday, which should have been resolved on the same day:

I made good experiences with subscribing to the OpenSRS status email so I can tell clients immediatly what’s happening to their service and when it’s gonna be resolved in case of an incident.
Thank you TimL - the guys at Treepl were amazing and resolved this for me on a Sunday. It turns out to have been client error - in that they had totally filled up their mailbox and not noticed.
