my client is unable to send from his email account - all sent emails are bouncing back to him saying they have been identified as spam. Looks like this only started today. Anyone know how to fix it? pretty urgent as he can’t send anything.
I wonder if this is relevent…?
Treepl might be able to log a case for you with Opensrs, I dont know… Or might be worth logging a ticket in the Treepl portal with a copy of the bounce as an attachment.

Thanks James. I’ve logged a support request with treepl support. It seems intermittent - rejecting as spam for a few hours on friday and then OK until Sunday when it started again. Hopefully we can resolve it soon. It does look like its related to opensrs changes.
Other things worth checking…
- Make sure the domain DNS has a valid SPF (txt) record.
- Check if clients IP, server IP or domain name is blacklisted: Email Blacklist Check - IP Blacklist Check - See if your server is blacklisted.
