When you export all items in a custom module, there doesn’t seem to be a field for ‘Make Item Secure’. Am I worried that if I export, change the data and upload again I will over-write this data. Has anyone had any experience with this?
Hi @SiroccoDigital. If the import is just overriding the current items (you keep the External ID’s in place) then the import won’t affect the Secure Zone settings.
I just did a test and can confirm this.
If you delete the items and import afresh then you’ll get new items without the original secure zone settings.
Likewise, if you change the External IDs you’ll get new/duplicate items without secure zone settings.
