Font Awesome Showing up as Box and not icon

I’m changing a site from one trial portal to another. I’m running into a problem. The Font Awesome icons are showing up as a box. ??

Here’s the site where they look great:

I’ve tried changing the icon from to
No luck. Any suggestions?

PLUS: How do I make the icons hot-linked? Nothing I’m trying works.

Looks like you don’t have the Font Awesome resources add to the second site like you do in the first:

Those 3 resource highlighted above need to be included in the .
I’m not sure if you add these directly or if another font awesome script injects them… you may need to set up the font awesome kit again perhaps:
https://fontawesome.com/start
or maybe you need to add your new domain name to the existing font awesome kit.
I don’t use font awesome so I’m unfamiliar with how it works.
