On a test site My form submissions are working correctly.
However the emails we receive are ending up in junk folder.
Is this likely to resolve when site goes live / under its correct domain?
Are there other things I might need to consider to resolve this?
If you have the ‘From’ address as the clients email address ensure you have added the appropriate values to their SPF record for that email domain.
This can be done irrespective of the site being live or in trial.
