Handyman template: bug in Bootstrap carousel when using Chrome

There is a bug in the Handyman Services template regarding the Bootstrap carousel on the home page: It seems as if in Google Chrome (using v76) links in the carousel slides don’t work. It shows the proper link on hover in the bottom left corner but nothing happens on click. Tested it in Firefox and Edge and it works fine there:
