How are you all handling shipping for eCoomerce?

I know integrated shipping is a requested feature but we need to get a store live on July 1st so I was wondering how everyone is setting things up until that happens?

While we wait for shipping integrations, I guess the only options are to use the custom shipping rules, or develop customised workarounds for specific use-cases.
Personally, and here in Australia, I tend to encourage clients to bake shipping costs into their product prices and offer free shipping as that’s a powerful sales tool. Or at least have one low flat rate to simplify things.
But I understand this can’t always be the case.

Do you have specific shipping requirements for this project?
