What have you changed?

We’ve completed our infrastructure revamp. It affected all our instances, FTP, and the switch to .NET 6.

How does it affect me as a Partner?

When the transition is complete, there will be a change to the FTP login process. The transition will be in 6 steps:

  1. We’ll update the Portal. This step will affect the US East data center only. All new trial sites will be created on the new infrastructure, all existing trial sites will continue to operate on the old one. Please note that:
  • FTP access via FTP client software will be temporarily unavailable for the trial sites on the new infrastructure. You can manage files via File Manager in the site Admin.
  • When copying the trial site, the new copy will be created on the same version as the current trial site (you can check the site’s version in the site Admin: 6.9 - is for the old one, 6.10 - is for the new infrastructure).
    We’ll update the Portal tomorrow. It will experience a short downtime during the update. The notification will be sent before we start the process.

  1. We’ll update the Portal for the rest of the data centers (trial sites only will be affected).

  2. We’ll transfer all trial sites (for the US East data center) to the new infrastructure. Site copying functionality will be unavailable for this data center during the process.

  3. We’ll transfer all trial sites (for the rest data centers) to the new infrastructure. Site copying functionality will be unavailable during the process.

  4. We’ll transfer all Live sites (for the US East data center) to the new infrastructure.

  5. We’ll transfer all Live sites (for the rest data centers)) to the new infrastructure.
