Mail from delivery issues

Hi everyone. We’ve encountered decreased mail delivery from the domain in recent weeks. There was a mail blast half an hour ago, If you didn’t receive anything from us, please check your Spam folder. If there’s anything from Treepl in Spam, we’d appreciate if you could mark it as not spam/move it to the inbox. We’ve identified a couple of things affecting our domain reputation and amended them - apologies for the inconvenience.


I just checked and did not find anything in the junk/spam folders. Could you send another test email?

I did receive the “Extending our Support” email today.

I received it without any problems.

I also got the email to my inbox.

I got the mail about support extension :slight_smile:, nothing in the spam folder.
