At the moment there is no way to view who has agreed to be on a ‘Mailing list’ within a form submissions via Custom Reports.
As there is currently a double opt-in required for Mailing List subscriptions to Mailchimp and some customers either forget to double opt-in or don’t receive that email, many remain un-added to the Mailchimp audience even though they have selected the ‘Add to Mailing List’ checkbox within a form submission.
If we can run a report of all customers that agreed to a subscription then these customers could be uploaded manually to Mailchimp.
It would also be helpful to have a column for Mailing Lists within the CRM export file that listed if the customer is subscribed to a mailing list so that this can be uploaded/edited in bulk to the system.
