I may be missing something… I’ve installed the app on a BC site and have got the migration quote. When I try to click the button to migrate the site I get this error message
“Some of the credentials are invalid. If you’re not registered with Treepl, you can get instant access here”
My details are correct and I can log into the Treepl portal and see the test site. The only thing I can think of is do I have to activate the site before doing a migration?
I’m in negotiation with the client and wanted to see how much comes across so I can more accurately estimate costs but if I have to activate first I’ll be up for at least the first months hosting whether they go ahead or not.
