Possibly launch bug - Paypal redirect back to Treepl - Error 500

Before I log a case, has anyone else in the community had an issue where - after you pay via paypal the hosting (not the migration) Paypal redirects back to Treepl but Treepl gives an Error 500?

This has happened twice now.

The payment seems to be successful as we get an invoice an everything. And we can refresh the admin and go back the next step.

Its just that redirect… Gives an error page.

Yes, has only happened to me once, earlier this week. Payment still went through and I received the Treepl invoice.

Yes. I’ve experienced this twice. Most recent was yesterday. Processed another today and the redirect worked fine.

I have made sure that adblock was disabled for the partner portal and paypal beforehand.
I used a chromium based browser.

URL it shows the 500 error on the api: https://portal.treepl.co/api/sites/[redacted]/submit-subscription?token=[redacted]

It seems to go through ok just the redirect is broken. At least that’s what it looks like on my side.

Thanks for reporting the issue. We couldn’t reproduce it from our end, but we keep investigating this.
