Have raised a ticket, but i get this error when trying to import prducts
Import ended with errors. Some module item is invalid.
Error: An item with the same key has already been added… Row number: 2.
what is Key ? have deleted all test products from site, so no products currenlty on site at all.
We’ve been having this issue for WEEKS! and still aren’t able to narrow it down
@lee.relianceit, I found that the error dialogue box comes up, i then click back to import screen ( dialogue boxcloses and import dialogue tab is still there). click on import again and the products inport ok for some reason. I have not tested it with lots of items as some may still not load if actual duplicate?
