I have a few clients who have mentioned they would love Quickbooks integration once eCommerce is ready and that would be a big deciding factor in where they move to. I would love to see that integration with Version 5 if at all possible. To be totally transparent, I only have 4 eCommerce websites on Adobe BC, but this would be a huge selling point for me and I think for the rest of the community in some cases.

I remember so well how Business Catalyst promoted having a QuickBooks integration. The integration never ever worked correctly even after months of tech support with BC and QuickBooks. It would send some data to QB but not enough to be useful. So, I’m certainly looking forward to Treepl having this feature soon. Beyond this forum I’m not finding anything about it. Does anyone know what’s coming?

There is a public backlog item for Quickbooks integration as link above.
However, Zapier integration is already scheduled for the v6.2 release so I’d say this would be the initial way for connecting to Quickbooks in the short term.

Hello Adam, It has been since Jan 2021 when last visited this topic about integration of QuickBooks into TreeplCMS eCommerce. My client is back again wanting to implement this feature. I can’t say if/when a Quickbooks integration will be developed. That would be up to the Treepl team.
But, my guess is that it wont be a priority any time soon given that it only has 2 votes and there probably isn’t a big call for those using eCommerce on Treepl with the need to connect to Quickbooks.
I would look at the Zapier integration as a solution for your client to connect Treepl to Quickbooks. It may even provide more options and capabilities.

Hi @WillzShire - it has been several months, but I had a similar issue with Zapier funding the app and had to reach out to support. I’m not sure what they did (or can’t remember what they had me do), but I was able to get it to work properly. I may have tried an Incognito window and that did the trick, but I do remember support clarifying:
“The email should be used with Zapier and for Treepl CMS Portal user OR as the site Admin user email”
Just thought I’d share these details so you can confirm you’re logging in with the right credentials for the setup. Hope this helps!
Yes, the Zapier integration is in beta so the app on Zapier is not public and there are a few steps to activate it.
Here is the documentation which should get you started:
