I am using reCAPTCHA v3 in my form. Whenever I submit the form I keep getting this error.

Does this error only occur after submitting a form?
Does the form data still submit ok (saves to the CRM, workflows/autoresponders triggered)?
Does it happen for all forms / other test forms?
Has it previously worked or has it errored from the first implementation?
Is this a trial site or a live site? and if a live site, what is the domain extension (ie: .com, .com.au, etc…).
@omamai - Were you able to solve this?
My first thought looking at your settings was that you are missing the V3 site key and secret?
Quite sure this needs to be there for it to work 
@omamai @Peter-Schmidt @Adam.Wilson Might not be relevant here, but I got reCaptcha v3 errors of the type “uncaught errors” when using custom code on my form submit, like button or submit with some custom id and custom template code for form validation which came with the (non-Treepl) Template.
