Quite Simply I deleted an entire blog accidentally and need it back where it was!

Assuming you are not using the Website Backup extension, I would submit a support ticket via your reseller portal, noting the latest restore date ideal for the recovery.
The team should hopefully be able to help you out with this.
A potentially helpful resource if all else fails is to go to Archive.org and use ‘Wayback Machine’ to search for site/page history. You’ll be able to view past versions of scraped/indexed pages at various points in time.
