When a refund is processed, there’s no way to remove or mark an order as having been refunded.
It would be great to be able to apply a negative payment or refund.
Even better if stripe connects back to show the payment has been refunded - so that the amount paid shows 0 again in past orders.

There is no status “refunded” though but you can add this one in eCommerce/Settings/Manage order statuses:
Yes this was the solution I settled for. I was more hoping for something like shopify where the payment is also returned to the customer. Manual works for now, as refunds shouldn’t be common. Thanks for your reply.
