Secure Zone Login Issues

The client is experiencing issues where members cannot log into a secure zone (sporadically). Some do, some can’t.

They register, confirm their email then try log in and it returns them to the ‘unauthorized’ screen. I have tried to replicate the issue and I can log in but some customers cannot. Would anyone know why this is happening?

In my experience of login issues it almost always comes down to cookies.
Advise them to clear their cookies and it’ll likely/hopefully resolve the issue.
