Anyone else having this issue? When I make edits to the shopping_cart page, and then refresh the live page, I don’t see the changes for several minutes. A little frustrating and really slowing down dev.

Are you editing the page via the admin or via FTP?
I did see recently there were some delays with FTP updates.
