I may be missing something completely simple here but I have not visited this site recently but when doing some training for the client the other day. Neither I nor them have any access to Save or Add New items any of the custom modules. What could be causing this? I rechecked all Admin User roles and Permissions.
Hi @DaunOmega. Looks like there are a few required fields in that module. Are you sure all required fields have been filled when trying to save.
I think the save buttons will remain disabled until those fields have data.
That’s the only thing I can think that might be causing this.
