Verified domains and workflows notification emails

Please can someone advise what I am doing wrong…

In web forms, on step 3 ‘Settings’ if I set the Auto -response email to my clients email address I get an orange triangle warning and the message
“Domain not verified! Email notifications from unverified domains are often considered as spam or rejected completely. Show verified emails” - this gives the option of this email address “trustedemail.co”

So to fix this I am then going to … Settings / email domains and trying to add my clients website domain name, but when I click save nothing happens

Hi @Dawn. Are you using Firefox? There is an issue currently with Firefox not saving the domain.
If that’s the issue, try using another browser to save the domain for the time being - Chrome works fine.

If you aren’t using Firefox, you may need to contact support.

Hi Adam - yes I am using firefox - I have just switched to Chrome and it works thank you so much, I love it when it is any easy solution, will use Chrome from now on.
