I’ve set up an API link to mailchimp on my site. Are there any instructions on what the process is from there? Where do I adjust automated emails and can I construct those in mailchimp or do they have to be built in Treepl?
Hi @doodlefish. The Mailchimp integration is for synchronisation of mailing lists and subscribers, and you can create campaigns from the website admin too (although currently limited).
All other system emails, including web form autoresponders are set up in the admin and are seperate from Mailchimp’s service.
Autoresponders, for example, are set up in the forms ‘Settings’ tab:
Many other emails are found under ‘Email Notifications’ > ‘System Emails’.
