Though I’ve never used text message notifications with workflows in BC, I now actually have a use case where I would want users to be notified not only by email but also by some kind of messaging service after submitting a custom module item - may it be by text, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger etc. Does anybody know or have experience with some kind of service to trigger text messages by emails?
